Q: DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
A: NO. All sales with Vault 813 are final. Vault 813 is a consignment marketplace, meaning all items we carry and offer on this site are provided by independent owners. Once an item sells, either online or in one of our stores, the owner receives payment for their merchandise. Because of this, we are unable to process returns or exchanges. Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.

Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
A: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email along with the tracking information. All orders are shipped 2 day express and a signature will be required.
Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
A: Please allow 1-4 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 3-7 business days for your order to be delivered.
Q: CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
A: Yes, once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirming your shipment along with your tracking number.
Q: PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES?
A: All orders are shipped 2 day express mail. All packages are insured and require signature confirmation. The shipping cost will be determined once your order is placed and will be added to the total at checkout. International orders are shipped DHL Express. Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: Yes we do. Shipping prices are listed on each item and the exact price for shipping will be determined at checkout.
Q: WHY DO MY BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS HAVE TO MATCH?
A: We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.
